Rules & Policies
Payment is due for all reservations at the time of booking. If you cannot pay the full amount, you may make an arrangement for payment. If you make your payment in 2019 for the 2020 season, your balance is due by January 31, 2020. If you reserve in 2020 and do not pay in full, your balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Holiday weekends require a three-night minimum stay, and all-non holiday weekends require a two-night minimum stay.
A full refund will be given, minus a $20 administration fee, for cancelled reservations. To receive a refund, you must cancel at least 15 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival date (including no-shows) will lose their entire payment.
When you make a reservation for a stay at Splash Magic Campground, we agree to turn away all other requests for the cabin, rental unit, or site you select, and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it. A seasonal business such as ours is significantly affected by cancellations; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Vacation insurance is available from several providers online to inexpensively protect you against unexpected events.
A credit card security deposit is required for each cabin and park model upon check-in. For customers without credit cards, a $200.00 cash deposit is acceptable. We do not accept personal checks at our camp store. Smoking is not allowed inside any cabin or RV rental. Violators will forfeit their security deposit.
Splash Magic is a pet-friendly park; however, pets must remain on leashes at all times. For cabin campers, pets are also allowed in designated pet-friendly cabins with a limit of one pet per unit and a $30.00 cleaning fee for each pet brought in. Renters are responsible for any damage their pet causes.
If a pet is brought into any non-pet unit, you will be charged $200.00 or more for cleaning and any damages.
Two tents are allowed per site. If you have a camper and also want to pitch a tent, it may be allowed with special permission and only if there is sufficient room on the site. No tents allowed at any cabins or park models.
Bring your own bedding, linen, towels and toiletries for any of the cabins or park models.
We will do our best to honor your site request but we cannot guarantee a specific site.
